FARGIN' RIDICULOUS! If this is the case, then there needs to be alot of people radaring the cops. They haul everywhere they drive, and as this "trooper" pointed out, ANYONE who drives over that speed will be taken to jail.

I'm glad to hear it. if you want to ride like you're on a track GO TO THE TRACK. don't cry when people don't want to see people dragging knee on public roads.

gotta agree with charles on that one. hate to say it.

just as its not right for people to bust out with endo's and whoolies on the freeway, the same goes for draggin knee and riding like your racing. im not being a hypocrite...i know im guilty, lol. i want to do trackdays soon.

there are a couple people i wouldnt feel worried about doing wheelies around me on the highway, like joe or vu, etc...but how can you put a rule on who is allowed to do things? you cant. same goes for those who want to haul .

throw in the incredibly high amount of deaths/injuries/accidents, and the law is just doing what needs to be done. all these people are pushing thier limits and havnt had any training, probably never had a suspension setup, etc...i bet in years past deals gap has kept as many ambulances around as possible. these dumbass riders who hurt themselves never even thought about it, just didnt think or didnt care if someone would be there to come save them.

oh and by the way, dumbass...here is a helicopter ride on top of that to take you to the hospital and save your from death. even though your sorry probably wont ever pay for it, but here ya go...maybe your family and friends will appreciate it.

that being said there should be more tracks and trackdays available for people to do their thing. thankfully there ARE new tracks being put up. im going to bet that as more tracks and trackdays become available that the organizers will lower the prices of the events to compete for the riders money.

I don't believe a word.
But I DO think that if those people had any sense at all they would close the road a couple of times a year and charge me $100 to ride the gap. They would have so many takers that they could pay for emergency medical staff and porta cans. AND STILL MAKE HUGE MONEY!
the locals would profit from selling hot dogs and repairs.

Well we could check any one of the motorcycle pages devoted to the dragon as they would be reporting it and the stakeout locations but I am betting hoax.

Hey it's fun to cut the twistys. I love draggin' knee. I think cops should stop people from stealing our bikes and break'n in to our houses and stop hassling tax payers for having some fun on a Sunday afternoon. Cops they are getting to be just like lawyers they ruin life for everybody.

so when you lose the front and your bike slides into a family van and kills someone it'll be ok all in the name of sport huh.

, I may still go there this year. Another forum I am on is having a Rally in Tennesee and it sounds like the LEO's will be present and in the attendees there.

Like twisted said you can still drag knee without pushing it to far out of your limit of riding. I didn't say I ride the street like I do when I am at the track. I don't want to crash anymore than the people in the family van do. Draggin' knee doesn't mean you are out of control.
