KSTY 10-7 paractice day

had a really good time out there this morning...Steve, Paul, my wife and myself were out there. Some of the karts showed up earlier than they normally do, but there were really nice folks and sharing the track went very well...
the wife did her first wheelie on her new xr70, it was not on purpose...need to do a little throttle adjustment and carb setting on it...but she handled it just fine and had a good time...
it was cool and windy and no sun, the track conditions were not optimal, but it was fun none the less...and the bike worked fine and the ribs did not hurt, so now i know i am ready for the next race...Paul rode my bike a bit to get the feel of an f7 bike and he looked like a natural...
as we got finished up Patrick and a youth rider came in to do a little practice too... glad to see other folks out there...
we need to get some practice days set up for the off season!!!!

I had a blast out there hanging out with you guys! Your bike suspension is very confidence inspiring and it showed since I got so comfortable with it while the track was still slick. Hopefully I can purchase something similar to run for next season.

Thanks for letting me test your bike Obed.

thanks for meeting me out there...had a good time even with the temperature. I'm going to say the Takegawa shock/BBR spring is a success...there's a lot more feel from the back end now and ran some decent lap times without pushing too hard.
