Stomach Virus!

or some like that.. ive been puking my guts out since last night and can only hold a little water.. i hate throwing up i rather get kicked in the face :eh: anyways i figured some of you guys must have some remedies, this sucks. thank you in advance for all helpful info.

ps. anthony,george,marcus, & robert you guys are automaticaly disqualified from posting here cuz i know you guys are gonna try and make me eat/do something stupid which will further my misery heh.

i had it not too long ago. they say what the virus does is basically take the muscus lining out of your stomach. Mine all came out the other side too. :eh:

Sorry to hear you're pukey. There's an OTC liquid called Emetrol that helps control nausea and settles the stomach.

Sprite will serve you better than plain water, but as soon as you can keep it down start drinking water or Pedialyte stuff made for kids (grape is the best). Otherwise you'll get a wicked headache, etc.

No matter what you do, don't eat anything that will cause your stomach to produce any extra acid to break the food down (i.e. that awful burning your experiencing). Bananas, crackers (a bit of salt will help you feel better if you've been sick long), rice, toast, plain soups (like chicken--avoid any with tomatoey bases as they produce acid).

Hope you feel better.

thanks im feeling better already.

some crazy remedies i got so far are as follow: 1. drink 2 table spoons of vinegar. 2. eats tums like skittles, 3. do jumping jacks every 20 minutes..

If you have a highly contagious 'noro' virus then I suggest that you do a lot of hand washing and sanitizing! Also, try to stay quarantined until you're done and don't share ANYTHING with anyone. LOL Keep your cooties to yourself.
