Any DJ's in here? Need help....

I have all sorts of programs on the computer to play around with as far as basic mixing. My question is, is there a mixer that I can plug up to my comp to mix the songs i have on the computer and then use external speakers to play the music from?

I've seen the traditional vinly type turntables but dont have any skill to buy one, I've also seen the cd type mixers but dont care for one of those. So.... is there anything out there to suit what i am looking for?

One time I was at the Puma store in Las Vegas and they had a Dj mixing in the store... his setup looked like a huge speaker, laptop, and mixer. He's was mixing excpetionally well on that thing.

What software are you using? I personally use Ableton Live but I rarely use it to DJ with. Although I have and there is all sorts of MIDI controllers designed for this purpose. Such as this...

Well right now I have all the updated versions of
Mix Meister, Virtual DJ, and Traktor. So I would need any MIDI device to do such things? I'm a n00b at all this...

They make all kinds. Google DJ MIDI Controllers or head over to the forums for the software you like and see what people are using.

i had pioneer cdj's...they were fun...if you need a normal mixer, which you can set up to anything with an audio out, i have one for $50.
