A friend of mine had his Crx stolen the bigging of last year, conveniantly right after he installed a new bad built B16. they found it along with about 6-8 other cars in Willis North of Conroe. stripped of everything, and mean everything just a shell recovered. The police said they was investigating a theft ring from the Conroe area at that time but never got any more info. after that. I know there is a group somewhere in Conroe that sales a lot of import parts that do not appear to be legit, but I don't have any connections with them personally. I hope you get your car back bro. it's sucks to put that much work into something and have someone walk away with it like that.

why did they take the hood. Was it CF.

I'm sorry you got jacked. Where was it exactly when it got stolen. APT or work?

how did they steal it. Hot wire or tow?

it was a CF hood...it was parked outside of my apartment. I usually put it in my garage, but I was a bit..er...tired and didn't feel like moving the bike to the back of the garage so that the car would fit with it. I didn't think it would get jacked considering it was 4am when I got home.

They popped the passenger side door lock (not hard at all to do), tore off the plastic cover over the steering column, and broke the steering wheel lock/ignition off. from there all you've gotta do is turn the little plastic tab and it'll fire right up.

Way to design a theft-friendly car, Honda.

haha...I highly doubt it. As far as the HPD is concerned, my car got stolen and now I have it back.

They have more important things to do, like taser concertgoers and give people speeding tickets.
