we hit all the sisters. 16 as well as some other roads. and yes someone was killed. helicoptered out. We think road rage. Jeff and Michael Passed a cop without realizing it and got lit up. Dude said he doesn't have time to write them a ticket because he had to be on the scene.

Wooo Hooooo!
That was one fun riding trip.

Michael2009, CBRTran, Little6 and me rolled hard yesterday.

I loves me some RR335! Those roller coaster hills are the .

337 coming back down from Bandera is pretty flawless as well!

I have never seen so many turkeys on the side of the road. On 336, two different flocks in the morning and another two on 335 in the afternoon. Came close to getting hit by flying turkeys on two different sections of 335!

Ill post up some roadkill picks of a nice Bobcat from 335 and a fresh bambi kill on 337.
Anyone hungry?

No ride today.
it was overcast and cold as a witches titty. 51 degrees and windy.

We figured it better to leave on a high note rather than try to force a cold miserable ride in.
We did the entire sisters, half again up and back (equivalent of a second loop), as well as the "Hunt Loop" to hit the 16 corkscrew and the real badass part of 337 coming down.

Cannot wait to get another hit of that Crack!!!!

Here is the shooting story.
Me and Michael passed a cop in a dark colored P/U truck hauling an ATV. Hauled passed him in a no passing zone. Escaped two costly moving violations because he was enroute to the scene of this murder. He did take the time to yell at me and make me tell him what I did wrong before cutting me loose.

Strange in Leakey!

Aint that the truth!
A local waitress this morning told us that the woman was shot in the head in her van. Her 14yo daughter was in the van with her and was shot in the hip.
THe daughter ran to and broke into the guy's house who owns the T-shirt shop/bar in Leakey to call 911 from his home phone.
THat guy was in the restaurant eating while we were there and told the waitress what happened.
up deal for the poor daughter! She will never be the same.
