Never been an LMS trackday before. Will any vendors be there for tires and suspension setup?

John with South Central Race Center will be on hand with tires.

You can PM Patrick with Motorcycles Unlimited to see if they will be there to do suspension setups.

25-30 isn't counting track members. It's a open track day so all who hold track memberships are allowed to go.

you should be fine. everybody is probably thinkin the same thing. just don't try to pass someone in a turn....if they go down, they might take you down with them.

In my experience, granted I don't have much, it's okay to pass in a turn. Just wait till you feel comfortable with it, and you're not exceeding your limits. Also, pass on the outside just in case you take an offroad trip, you do so alone and don't wipe the person next to you.

My advice about passing is, before you make any moves, try to study the rider you are going to pass.
After couple of turns, you know what the person would typically do on turns.
This will give you better control over passing.

Also, try to pass where you feel confident.
Ie, if there are specific turn that you feel more comfortable/faster than others, make your most passing in that turn (for me it's T11 The Keyhole)

Remember.
This is a trackday, not a race.
