yeah, thats an old pic. Yep majority of those folks used to ride motorcycle but discovered scooters! The group is changing depending on the class of bike you ride, lots of younger ones are riding 50-150cc.

Seriously a ruckus looks more like a mini-bike than scooter except that it is a step through. Is that what makes a scooter a scooter is that it is step through?
