Far NW Houston place to ride?

I found somewhere where I think found a place for you supermoto guys to practice. Iíve gone here a few times on my CRF50. Itís a neighborhood that had the streets built and even a club house and then they stopped building. If you want to haul you might want to clean the streets up a little more but Iíve never seen a nail in the streets. Other than that itís an abandoned neighborhood.

Have any of you guys been here?

If I remember right, yes they are built but they have some grass growing over them.

I just found this gem, concrete is in great shape other than leaves and abandoned furniture in the cul de sacs. No houses, heavily wooded, I saw a few trails but It was raining so I didn't explore them, it looks like they go to the lake.

My link didnt work, paste this into google maps: Woodtrace Boulevard, Pinehurst, TX

I think I'm going to check this place out this Saturday or Sunday if it doesn't end up raining. Looks promising, and plenty of dirt to play in.

You almost need corner workers to carry any speed out there safely, everything is blind due to the trees and I did see some teens that were riding around in a truck when I went back the other day. It was still fun, just be careful.

Thanks for posting the links to the history of the place, what a shame.
