Can I bring my bike to you in a box not looking like a bike and you put it back together?

Bike looks nice.

looking good! I can't wait for the time to come to build my son a bike....but then again, slow down time! They start growing too fast.

Every time I take my bike apart, I say I am going to paint the frame...but then I just put it back together again.

Did you use the good ol' fashioned rattle can?

I am thinking about taking my 100 down during the off season and painting the frame canary yellow...but thinking about it is probably as far as that will go.

John, if all the parts are there then sure... whatever gets u back on a mini!

I havent even done mine, I have had mine apart so many times wanting to paint it and its half apart now, lol... yes its rustoleum rattlecan... sand, 2 coats of paint, wet sand, 2 more coast and maybe a clear. I know its gonna get beat up and chip but I hold it still holds up decently

That's my greatest debate. I know it won't last, but I know I can just spray it again. Then there's the idea of powder coating. It will last, but I have to replace a lot of stuff (bearings, etc) just for aesthetics.

I think my next strip down will involve a rattle can.

Good luck with the project! The ear to ear grin from the little guy will make it all worth it.

the frame and swinger look great under there! Nice job Rob! I can't wait to build a bike for my son...I have at least 2 years to complete it, and there's no way "Mama Rock" is going to let him start riding at 4...so I have a little extra deadline extension.

Those ProTaper clamps are sick looking! Nice touch!
