everyone should try these at least once. It is a cloth tube covered in bees wax that you stick in your ear and light the end on fire. It draws out loads of wax. Feels great and can hear better.

GNC carries them for 9 dollars. Stick it through a paper plate so ashes don't fall on you. Lay down and hold tight in your ear with the paper plate above your hand. Have some one light it and let burn till almost to plate and put out with damp rag. Cut it open to see all the that comes out of your head.

+ 1 million they help you from getting ear infections and sinus infections... I use them on my son and have since he was 2 because of chronic ear infections.
