STOLEN 2008 CBR1000rr from City Centre 09/25

My bike was stolen last evening from the City Centre in Houston. It was parked at 8:10pm outside the Yardhouse Restaurant on the sidewalk, along with 1 other friends v-rod and a black 2006 R1 from a stranger. It later occured to me that this stranger is probably the person who called the thief to get my bike, since after I parked it, he came from across the street and started complimenting my bike, asking questions about it, complementing the helmet and jacket I had on as well.

My friend with the v-rod came out of the restaurant at 10pm and quickly called me to ask if I had moved my bike... When I got to where the bike had been parked, I found plastic pieces from the wire shields on the ground. It clearly was hot wired.

After speaking with the security and the valet from Hotel Sorella, I found out the valet had seen my bike being ridden off on to the beltway feeder along with another sportsbike, which I assume was probably the black R1. The Scorpion helmet I had left locked to the bike seat was also taken, it is a matte black helmet with clear visor, and with a Blinc M2 bracket installed on the left side.

The security cameras at city centre have footage and I am waiting on HPD to examine the footage and hopefully catch these thieves.

License plate is 4LK858

Good luck! Hope you have covered fully by insurance.
There are still many bastards!!! Just only big motorcycle in Vietnam have been stolen, but found very quick; some found within a day, others found after two three days only. None was lost, but the scooters.

once again.. I looked at it but not for too long because I was just driving by picking up my friend on my lunch break. made a wrong turn looking for an exit and there weren't one, so I had to turn around... right next to DQ.

I'll drive by later when I can. I'm at work... I acutally remmember because of the TB exhaust...
