A Miata kept up with a liter bike. That's funny.

He can push it a lot more than I'm willing, listen to his tires squeal at 2:23...

That's because your archaic 'bigger is better' thinking is dumb. If Gary was nailing it on straights he would have pulled away, but a turbo Miata on sticky tires ain't no punk.

Hp to weight ratio on that miata is prob sick for a 4wheel. Also, miata is one of the best handling vehicles under $50k. Nearly perfectly balanced weight distribution. I'd love one, if I could fit! At 6'2" my head is on the roof. That road looks awesome! Leakey is gorgeous country.

One of the best...I used to think it was the best till lately...

Since they repaved 16, it fuggin rocks!! I'd rate that as number one. 336 has an awesome flow to it with little to no traffic so I give it 2nd place. 337 comes in at 3rd.

I believe you are taking about Hwy 55, which I have somehow never ridden.

This will be my 7th trip out there this weekend and I plan to ride 55.

Bring it, we'll be there Thurs-Sun, staying in Kerrville

It should only take you about 45 min or so to get out there...
