Unhappy cracked swingarm zx10 2007

The other side looks ok. On the inside the crack goes down about 1/8 inside.
I know I can put it off a little while. This winter I will prolly swap it out.
How many hours to swap an arm?

friend of mine just swapped the arm on his 07 zx6 because the right side slider mount and a large chunk of the swingarm came off.

it took him about 4 hours to swap, using a ratchet strap and an engine hoist to hold the rear end up.

Actually I have an area p system I need installed. Goes from cat back.
I really like the looks of the straight arm dragbike arms, but want to stay stock length.

That sprocket id still in good shape despite being almost 2 years old and 20k miles on it. Its a renthal hardened aluminum.
So ppl who say aluminum isnt durable maybe havent tried one of these
