I've bought stuff from him and talked to him while I'm in the store, but really don't care either way. I am certainly not a FTP guy. I am however one who has seen the shortcomings of HPD and know that their story isn't always the whole truth.
He could have been late for work and speeding (which would also account for the quick entrance and clothing change). That doesn't make him a runner. Again, I don't know for sure. We have hardly any details. I'm just offering plausible alternatives.

Again, he could have been late for work and speeding, which is vastly different than running.
I don't know the full details. I just take what makes logical sense to me and form an opinion.

, I'm probably wrong anyway. was arrested for small animals in a public school.

and then ran from the police on his R6 track bike down city streets.

Then it was a chase, meaning he was hauling , not just speeding, not just a traffic stop. Please read what 2WheelToyz posted

Likely. I'm so rarely south that it's in all probability that I'm WAY wrong on location.

But, if you take my scenario from a freeway and move it to a small city street I'll only stick my nose higher in the air.

For a UT grad you come across as very illiterate at times. Maybe if you link the dean to this website you could get a refund on your degree costs?

Well, there is a lot of speculation going on and when it comes down to it...doesn't matter. Sounds like Clayton is in jail, and that sucks. :-(

You're certainly an expert for someone that didn't see a thing. Care to admit where you earned your degree?
