You make it around like he got in trouble for running a stop sign. Running from the cops (apparently multiple times) is different than "violating traffic laws."

I was going to make this very point. I see you addressed it already. Bunch of crybaby in here.

My record is still flawless, my name still has meaning, and I have retired from riding sport bikes with this flawless record. As far as MotoHouston is concerned, I was born Unassailable and retired Unassailed.

Also, I do not have red hair.

Wrong Clayton hero. But good to know I'm on your mind so much....

One of my OWN guys tried to initiate a pursuit on ME one night! I had no idea he was behind me until he was right on my .

Rookie cop turned on his woo-woo's when he was WAY behind me. Since I didn't stop (because I couldn't see and certainly couldn't hear said woo-woo's) the cop thought I was running. I was doing about 15 over the speed limit. If I had been running, I'd have been triple the limit. The cop "caught" me at a red light.

I don't know the circumstances around today's incident, but it is quite possible to be "running" and not even know it.

See Pre-K, that's what other officers should know. I lane split a HCSO once and never looked back. I didn't know the vehicle was a HCSO. My buddy behind me told me once we got home. I was like seriously??? I never saw any lights behind me. Traffic was a on 290 and that was 10 years ago.

He ran inside the store and changed shirts. He may have known. I think he had a suspended license as well.

I have stated this many times. Its pretty common and ends in charges for running.

Here's a concept for all of you...

Cops don't convict anyone of anything. It takes a jury of YOUR peers to do that. If your story has credibility, then you will prevail. If it doesn't, then you won't.

Phew! Aren't you glad to learn this?

Pretty sure everyone here knows this. Its the PITA associated with beating the charge and the bail associated with the charge.
