If you ever feel you are running wide, looking through the turn will help to save you from a runoff. That's what you should have learned at the trackday...but yes, knowing how to control a run off is important too. However, runoffs are only allowed on the track, not the street.
it was a weird little turn, 20mph, and the line was not present in the turn, and it was like it was a fourway stop type of turn.

It was my first run out there too.

I did look down and was like wheres the line which could have played into, however I had enough runoff and a ditch and finally fence.

I went off at that same spot. Very tricky turn. It was also my first time out there

Really need to find a better route to brenham. It was a lot of straight highway before any turns. Back door through navasota. Oh, and no waiting around. That killed me

I know bro, unfortunately there's no other way, unless you tow or trailer your bike to chappel hill so that you can start off from there.
this is jimrad's route, we have done it several times and if you fuel where we fuel then you should never run out..
btw im out of town, I hope to be back by friday hate at night or sat

529 Take right on Katy Hockley, immediate left on Hubert Rd, left on 362, immediate left on 529, right on 1456, left on 1371. BAm! your in Chapel Hill.

Just a suggested route.

It takes quite more less an hour of seat time to get to the "starting point"
But after that its all giggles and climax

We used to go out there headed North via Fayetteville. Our ride would end in Chappell Hill...
