First, a couple of questions. No disrespect, where you drunk when posting this? Because I am now, and simple research would yield many answers to the questions asked. The C.O.C is a board, like congress, they decide what is approved or not. The Banditos are no more above the board than Hells Angels, but part of it. I don't care what the coc does as long as it doesn't interfere with my friends here or my rides out there. I know Banditos personally in the hill country and they are not bad peeps but don't mess with their traditions or practices.

Probably. The rest of us are smart enough to figure out that he is asking multiple questions about the COC, the Banditos, and what both have to do with black MC clubs.

General information about clubs and MC life

Just because you are black does not mean you are not welcome by the COC or the MC community in general. You are in the same wind just like everyone else. There are several high profile "black" MC's here in Houston.

What the COC does for Texas motorcyclists is provide a political lobby group for our interests and serve as an oversight committee for clubs be they MC, RC, MM, etc. As for your questions regarding the Bandidos and general info on how the MC world works read the second link I posted.
