hmmmm.. not reading all of this.. but i know one of the colleges that got in trouble was Tarleton State in Stephenville, TX... this is 25 miles from where I grew up.. and it is all rednecks.. even the black guys that live there dont like "city" black guys. population around 15,000. alot of you famous bull riders come from there. that was the closest walmart to my house so i had no choice but to go there. anyhow.. ya pretty much abuncha losers.

Oh....nope. Never heard of that one. I know about the international festival in lafayette, but I didnt know they had a latin festival here in houston. Dayum, and HOW COME you couldnt tell me this BEFORE I got a GF?....
