New rules for New Braunfels

http://chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/4506744.html

Sorry if it's a re-post.

Basically limiting one tube per person and no coolers that carry more than 6 12 oz. drinks. I'll be skipping out on my annual tubing trip if they pass this ordinance.

I've been going to the Comal every year for the past 24 years and we've never had a problem. 6 can ice chests! How can they enforce rules like this?

I don't think that has much to do with it. they are trying to promote a "family" enviroment.

Basically only the Comal is affected by this. I don't know anyone that tubes the Guadalupe in the city limits.
