I just think it's neat to see these tracks

How many people couldn't find Qatar on a map? Quite a few I bet.

Laguna is a bit easier.

Most people can't even pronounce it! It used to bug me to hear the News reporters pronounce it like " Cutter"!.... Idiots!

ExxonMobil has no official pronunciation for Qatar, depite having many billions invested, a full time staff, downstream Esso operations, and access to everyone in government. Cutter, Gutter, Ka Tar.....everyone just mumbles through it.

Like it matters....France, Mexico, Germany (Deutscheland for Chrissakes)...all brutalized by Americans.

That is how she pronounced it, so I always assumed that was the correct way to pronounce it, beings she was from there!

the motoGP folk pronounce it Ka Tar also. Oh, but they aren't American anouncers so maybe they don't count.
