Hello from The Woodlands

Hi. I am Raul. I have a 99CBR 600 that sometimes I even ride. Family has been keeping me away from riding but, now that our daughters are a little bit older, I hope to be able to put some more miles.

Native from Barcelona and living in Houston for the last six years.

I know some of the bad people from other forums (TWTex and HSN) I just want to say hi and meet the nice ones. :icon_bigg

Edit: Great start. Please mods, could you move this to introductions :BangHead:

Thanks for the welcome everybody.

Patrick,
The family is doing great; the girls are 4 1/2 y.o. and now they are a little bit less demanding... well, you know that, how old is your little one 3, 3-1/2?

4 months ago I had knee surgery to replace the ACL and repair the meniscus but the recovery has been fine I can ride again (weather permiting).

One of these months I will have to bring you the CBR to adjust valves, synchronize carbs, mount tires.

She's 5 now! Today as a matter of fact!
Waiting on her to finish dance school this morning so we can spend the day together.

I had ACL surgery and a few other issues repaired a couple of years ago, I was back on the bike inside of a week.

Look forward to seeing you, it's been a while!

I knew she was about 1 year apart from mines, not sure if older or younger. Happy birthday to her.

One week after the surgery I was getting all the drugs I could get my hands on. After that first week everything went pretty smooth , the meniscus was the thing to be careful. It seems that the ACL was torn years ago.
