I talked to dan kyle when i first got my rc and he said the rc rear shock spring was set up at most for a 185 lbs. i never changed my shock but set at the stiffest postion. i went to the 15-42 gearing supposedly the optimium for rc and had to ad a damper. the best thing i ever did was the damper. i wonder if going to a thicker fork oil would help?

185! I need to go on a friggin diet. Not having a damper was one reason I was hesitant to launch hard at the drag strip.

I used to whack the throttle and due some brutal tank slapp before the damper. but thanks to gpr problem solved. I think when i changed my fork oil i put 15w in and stock was 10w that seemed to make a diff. i have heard of problem with rc forks not being adjusted the same on both sides and causing some font end wash in turns .

I guess I don't ride as hard as you guys, mine is bone stock no damper and I weigh 195........never had any problems street or track.
