PLZZ HELP MY BIKE WONT START

my bike wont start im on west heimer and winrock (in tropioca cafe)
the oil lamp is on ... i think i need oil .. if some1z around this area plzz help

Also at work, but don't think low oil will keep it from starting.
check easy stuff first. make sure the kill switch is in the run position. check kickstand is up if in gear. etc
Push start if u have to. use 2nd gear when u do. much easier. sounds stupid but make sure your is in the seat when u release the clutch to start
and not still running alongside the bike.
Have heard of it before.
can guess the outcome of that one.

you think your out of oil? how about checking and find out?

im thinking should be on the right hand side of the bike. should be a little window. the bike needs to be upright to check it correctly.

Got it started, bike was on reserve and wasnt getting gas..
Noob mistake, I've done it before.

Thing i like about my v-max, at a certain fuel level i get a light and fuel pump shuts down with i think .8 gal left I hit a switch on the right bar and turns fuel pump back on for the "reserve" portion of fuel. 20 year old technology
