Your Opinion: Is Rding a Street Bike Exercise?

THe question is: Do you consider riding a motorcycle (street bike) exercise?

Not a repalcement for bonifide cardio and weight lifting but a form of exercise?

When I get off of a bike from a day of riding, I am one tired so there must be some sort of calorie burn going on here.

Thoughts from the peanut gallery??

Trackday riding, sure. A short stroll through the forest, maybe not.

Not sure if i would consider it exercise but after td's I lose a few lbs from sweating and my legs are pretty get sore from tossing and gripping the bike around. Rode for about 6 or 7 hours yesterday and my legs were sore when i got home but all good now. After the track I'm usually site the next day our two.

When I rode daily I made an effort to ride with the proper posture. After not riding for months my calves, thighs and core have gone to
