Honda Steering Stem Socket- Borrow???

I'm trying to set the proper torque on my steering stem, does anyone have this socket? I spent four hours grinding away at a 36 mm socket to fit the locknut, but i didn't get a deep enough socket, so my time spent grinding was useless...

i know i can use a spanner, but i want proper torque settings, can this be accomplished?

if someone has the socket, can i borrow it for about 1/2 a day, i need to use it for about 30 total seconds.

Thanks.

Cliff

unless someone can tell me whether part #: 07916-KA50100 (for cr's and xr's) is the same as part #: 07916-3710100 and 07916-3710101

Bump.

I need this tool. Can someone borrow me it?

The steering head locknut for the F3 is about 46-47mm.

if all else fails use channel locks, and just make sure that the stem turns smoothly and isnt notchy, and definitly make sure that it has no up and down movement to it
