Since you're in La Porte, you should try and make it to the SE meet in Seabrook this Wednesday

oh dude, why didn't you tell me this before? That's ridiculous, I'd never let an inexperienced rider ride my bike. I'd even be weary about letting an experienced rider ride it, because it's MY bike, and if he/she were to wreck it, it would be on me. I'm glad you took the MSF, day one you were very twitchy but I quickly saw improvement when day 2 rolled around. There isn't a sure fire formula to riding, just keep doing it and you'll improve. Cya tomorrow!

Haha me too but I figure I have wrecked it way more times than they have at this point.

351Fox abused it on RR.
C0mbatM0nkey Rode it from my exes to my new apt

I even let Krazy Kris take someone out on the freeway on it... and lets face it while being a much better rider than me... he is the one I worried about the most.

He doesn't always crash bikes, but when he does... he lights them on fire!

Bike(s):
95 RF 900 - Dead and Gone
96 ZX-11 - Blown up (Should have done the oil mod)
95 GSXR 750 - long gone
92 VFR 750 - Wrecked by "good friend"

I let my sister in laws ex husband ride my 92 VFR 750. He had bugged me for months to ride it. Kept telling me how much he has ridden dirt bikes and such. One day I had enough and give in. 5 minutes after he leave my cell phone rings. "Warren Dude I just totaled your bike." "Yea Right - not funny" "No dude I am serious come pick me up I think I messed up my back". Get there and he took a curve "too fast" freaked out and locked up the brakes. Bike stopped turning and went straight into the curb. Broke every piece of plastic off. Even broke off the grab handles. Luckly he had enough money in the bank to pay for the bike. So in the end I got a GSXR 750 and he ended up with a new project.

Don't let others ride your bike .
Although it is a 250 , serious injury can happen & even death.
Glad you took the course , stay safe & keep learning.
