What bike?
Bars are really a personal preference, but I like both the Renthal and CB400/4 bars.

I have Lsl superbike low bars on my 650r... A little wide stock, but down nicely with room to mount barend mirrors.

I'll be stripping fairings once I collect a few more odd parts.

I like the cr high bends. It's what I've always used on my supermotos, and what I had on my old r1 for a while. But as mentioned previously, it's all about your personal preference.

Unfortunately the high footpegs were a little weird for me in the upright position, so it didn't stay that way for very long. Didn't get any other pictures.

check out customfighters.com .... plenty of info on drilling clamps and customizing vs buying in general.

If you ride hard, or the triple is thin... then I'd think LSL. If the triple is beefy, and you aren't stunting everywhere, then drilling should be fine.

Instead of handlebars, you can try Apex riser clip-ons instead. They don't raise the bars as high, but give you plenty of ways to adjust. It'll look more like a cafe racer than a streetfighter.
