Gone in 60 Seconds ......................HPD recovered in 7 days

Here is a video of the thieves stealing Chris's bike and the aftermath.
At first glance it looked like it was pretty good condition. It is ride-able, yet not street legal at this time. All plastics have some rash, except front fender and tank, frame is good, wheels are good, controls are good, ignition is cut (notice on off switch on left side), lock busted, tank lock busted, mirrors and shield missing, lights inoperable at this time. Oh and backseat is replaced with a blue cowl.....that lock is
not busted
Cigarette lighter adapter/cell phone charger patent still works

It's frustrating that they're so brazen.

I wish one of us was entering the garage when pos was walking out with it. Get out and ask "can I help you with that bike"

How did HPD stumble upon it?

Everything I say here is word to mouth info, nothing confirmed
He ran a red light and police started a chase. Somewhere in west (NW) Houston towards katy
Security did nothing because they said "what if they were armed" ...but they did call the police.
There is a video I haven't acquired yet, it is a video where their faces are clear. After the two guys walk in together they go to the lobby asking for a fake name and sitting down. Then one of them appears to go out again and use a different entrance to the secured garage to steal the bike and the other goes to a silver truck outside. (apparently there is security video of that too from the security cameras on the building next door)

If I see someone walking around with their shirt over their head I'm just going to shoot that where he stands, on his face, and carry my happy home.

You know this goes on everyday; but seeing it unfold on video is very infuriating!

Would you confront people for 10.00/hr?

Bike(s):
- The bike I own
- All the bikes I used to own which I still list so everyone on the forums will know how cool I am

My brother used live at that high rise, parked next to this bike a couple of times, sucks this happened. From what I understand there is no security guard, just the concierge. I don't imagine he would be too willing to go out there and confront a couple of possibly armed criminals.
