I.C.E. information

I apologize in advance if this isn't in the right category. I like to ride by myself sometimes and tend to go a long way from home. Ive always wondered about keeping in case of emergency info with me. What should I include and how should I keep/store it? I've seen some bracelets, does anyone recommend them?

Little information I've learned was in your cell phone have" I.C.E. Contacts" like a wife/husband, bf/gf, or some sort of family or friend to contact in an emergency. Normally if you're alone and something serious happens that's one place paramedics tend to look for someone to notify. That's what my uncle who is an EMT for Alvin told me at least.

In your phone you would have them listed as
I.C.E. 1 name
I.C.E. 2 name

And so on

I know it's nothing to do with the bracelets you're asking about but I thought it may be a helpful bit of info.

The bracelets are only $15, I think that's what I'll go with.

Yeah I'm actually creating a bracelet online right now. I just can decide on everything that I want to put on it.

I talked to a part time emt that i work with and he said he has picked up phones that were dead or broken. That they ALWAYS look for a wallet. And to put it where the money goes.

Ask him if they even search for the bracelets. I'm afraid that if all of my gear is on, they wont find it. So maybe I should just keep something with my info in my wallet or wear dog tags.
