I'm assuming this was the Katy/Cypress BWW meet group from last night! I knew I should have joined in for the ride. Hope the rider that crashed is ok. I don't think there is anything this guy to do as far as the noise ordinance goes. It's sort of like people living in Manahattan, they just have to deal with the noise.
