horns are over rated. i put mine on to get inspection then pull it off and hook up cool lights to that button

When I was younder and stupid I did it a couple of times, generally to old people too. I would never advise doing it yourself, but IF you choose to do so.....make sure you are riding with a group. They are less likely to run your down if you have some reinforcement. I did these stupid manuveurs in the "nice" suburbs of Chicago, not sure I would do it here in Houston in fear of getting shot. At any rate, I don't recommend it, but yes I have done it and I have seen it done.
