TXORR Brazos Valley race pics

I wanted to help out with the little kiddies this weekend cus they tend to fall over alot and have trouble, overall they did really great, I took my camera out and grabbed some pics..

our course was extremely technical this race, I would like to have taken pics of our race course but I just didn't have time for it.

A huge pit was dug up, they inserted at technical step up jump, as soon as you land, you better be on the brakes and turning, then back down the pit, (50' or so drop) climb back up to hit a berm and some serious whoops, they also created some smaller pits that were almost straight down and back up, of course the hill climbs were fun until it started raining and then the black mud was horrendous to navigate through, smooth throttle control was a must.

I took 1 of the easy/hard sections through the hard route, straight down, shear drop off and then an easy climb up, that saved me some time but once the rain fell, I was in trouble..

I agree, definitely a technical course this time. I loved the new pit, it was the only place I didn't crash. The big hill in the back killed me. It took me three attempts and lots of bike drops to get up that thing. It was my worst showing yet but still had a blast. Next time I'm hitting that thing in third gear pinned. I may crash at the top but it will be worth it.
