who's takin a car out to the twisties while ridin?

Has anyone ever takin a friend out to the twisties while they were following u in their car? Just curious as I'm watching Top Gear right now on the History channel. They've got a Z06 racin against a Triumph bike around a 5 mile course through some ship yard in Long Beach CA. It looks awesome-a bike racin a car.

These track orgs need to set this up at TWS (Texas World Speedway)....just sayin

Liability risk too high....500lbs vs 1.5 tons.

It's been done.

And correct, too much liability for cat & mouse on the tracks, but not saying it hasn't been done...... Or again.

I took the Challenger out with Clyde and Aaron on ZX10's.
It was fun drifting the rear around corners when it would come on boost.

I took my buddy out yesterday evening to RR. I was on my gixxer 1k and he was following me in his S2000. We had a little bit of fun. We weren't tryin to race, just do some mild cruisin. We also had another friend with us on his Harley. It was fun out there. I just wanted to show my friend (in the car) to some twisties. I forgot how much fun RR is.

Cars go out there all the time! Over the years, I've passed a number of packs or small groups out for a cruise. Just as fun in a nice car!

I've done it quite a few times. On the track as well (even though it is not legal, or not authorized) my friend is on a certain race team and they had the track. On the evening we got to settle an argument.

But i do, they know to keep a certain distance. I've also taken my car out there and played chase with my friend.

No kidding. Just had some bad luck with my 04 ZX-10R is all really. A good bit of my hiatus had to do with me putting off the motor rebuild process. So happy to be riding again. Saved up some money and decided to buy a 2011 ZX-10R. Had it for 2 months now. It only gets ridden on the backroads on the weekends. It's a spoiled little .
