Evacuated from Rita on bike, while following family in the cage. 16hrs to Bellville after up all night securing work and home, bad news. Finally cut traffic up to next turn put head down on gauges and slept while waiting for them to catch up.

you were acftually waiting behind traffic on your motorbike while evacuating? i have a hard time waiting behind the selfish drivers in houston on a normal day much less an evacuation day.

I remember over looking 45 at louetta on the bridge and just seeing a parking lot of cars on a freeway mindfucked me but I remember people were on dirt bikes, sportys, harleys, 4 wheelers and duallys riding up the shoulders and in the grass along 45....pretty much people were saying the traffic lol

On the way back from Vegas, going through west Texas on the interestate I was having trouble staying awake. It does happen, I'm just *usually* smart enough to know I'm too tired to ride.

I was really tired and kinda drunk still and got kicked out of a friend's apt around 4 am. Ihad to ride home from the galleria to sugarland . Worst idea to tuck down close to the tank, tryn to be aerodynamic. Cuz being that tired and a lil under the influence did not help. I closed my eyes for a second allong the strait away and it was the worst idea ever. I became more tired and sleepy. That was the last time I ever ride like that agian.

Pull over and chug some red bull , be safe and don't ride under the influence or when ur really tired.

If you keep the speed of your motorcycle over 120mph with your windscreen open. That should keep you awake...
