I appreciate the members on this forum that acted swiftly and got all of the issues resolved! As most of you know it's impossible to satisfy 100% of the people 100% of the time. I'm sure this is a isolated incident and hopefully Wild West and other dealers can learn from this incident to better serve their clients. In the end it all came down to communication!
Glad you got it all straightened out.
The Wild West sponsor Bill has said it on just about all of their threads, contact him let him know you're from MH. He's been doing a good job of trying to keep our members satisfied, but it's not just a one man show.

As long as I've been on MH, we've all heard negative feedback of just about every dealer in town about an instance or another. The exclusivity that MH and the sponsors have are here to benefit everyone involved. I'm sure that for every customer that had an or of the ordinary maintenance/repair issue, there are at least 20 happy customers with a positive experience.

RC8R is ready and about to pick her up. BD was very instrumental in getting my issues resolved and hopefully I can thank him personally when I pick up my bike in the next hour or so.

BD has been nothing but proactive and helpful every time I have interacted with him.

I have been going to WW for 20 years and have never experienced his level of service. They should consider themselves lucky to have him.

You're more than welcome. So sorry for all the bullshit. I think you nailed it with your post about the lack of communication. As a service department, we clearly failed to keep you informed of the situation. If you need anything please contact me and I'll make sure you get taken care of properly. I kind of feel like we owe you something for you're inconvenience, give me a chance to make it right.

I would also like to say that I never considered getting this thread locked. I hope we can all learn something from this situation. Just because we paid to be a sponsor does not mean we should hide behind the check.

Have to say that I am impressed by this. As my boss tells me when I mess something up. Its not a mistake if you learn from it. Make sure and use it as a learning experience.
