It seems like a reasonable price , the bike looks well kept ,but for two up in a longer ride it might be liking in power & comfort.
If you plan to ride freeway & keep up with traffic & be two up , you gonna have the bike in a bit of strain. rpm wise.
Another thing to consider if you plan on riding with a group on larger cc cruisers , ie ... 1000-larger cc bikes on a ride where the cruising speed averages 75 -85 mph , it will strain the bike , especialy where you have hills & such.
For commuting & short runs , it a great bike even two up .
Honda puts out a good bikes , just find one that fits your riding needs.

I agree , if he cruises freeway , say I-10 , he will need a bike that can hold a good speed two up & not seemed stressed.
My wife & I ride my bike to Austin & San Antonio , [ I weigh about 140 & she is about the same weight as I.
Interstate speeds have recently increased to 75 mph ,so on average the traffic is rolling about 80-85 mph.
Two up we are riding around 80 mph or a few mph more on my bike.
I have a 1300 V Star & it handles well at that speed two up & no straining rpm wise.
