he's in the city i mean how fast was he going? and when will the city spend money on actually fixing around our city...fix the roads, fix the freeways, fix the water sewage system and expand mass transit...i mean dips are prevalent around our city and dangerous for motorcycles

but no our city spends it on libraries to expand their book collection which is great but second tier to me...fix the infrastructure first

There is a dip there. I've seen the video but it's not easy to tell the scale of it.

I'd have to find the video.

I ride past that intersection all the time.

Went to the corner and snapped some photos.

It was near the intersection but not in it. Anyway, the dip didn't cause the crash. He tried to ride around it. Would have been better off just riding over it.

Hope the rider recover fast. Helmet or not, this can happen to anyone. But no doubt it is dumb not to use a helmet.
Yeah the city just approved a budget plan for this year which a ton goes to parks, libraries and etc...which again are all great but I think we need to increase spending on roads, freeways, sewer systems and expand mass transit systems...instead we improve roads at a slow pace, half do work on freeways, do nothing for our sewer system especially since the flooding and mismanage our light rail expansion and do a poor job of work on the bus routes
