Does anyone know if a 190/55 rear tire fit a 2008 CBR 1000rr?

I think so. it's just a hair taller which from what i hear helps the bike turn in easier due to a slight change in geometry in ride height. I considered it on my R1 but stuck with the 190/50 that I'm used to.

it's 9.5mm taller than the stock size 190/50

yes, but you might need to take off the rear hugger, if you have aftermarket one
