It's a new School year...

So watch for another generation of oblivious teen's busy with cell phones, radios blasting through stop sign etc in the rush to get to/from school... very soon.

And if you are less than 2 miles away from school they will no longer bus your children. Be ready for lots of parents running "late" to work.

And while we are at it, remind your friends/co-workers/cousins whoever to pay attention to school zone speeds and stay off that friggin' cell phone.

Some of us have grandkids in school and care about their well being.

there's that too.. most of what i see round here is usually the high-school kids being the prob, beyond the normal asshats that ignore the stop-signs etc

..is it all ready time for a new school year? Time fly's when you're away from home. Be careful everyone. I'll be back on the streets of Houston in time for the holiday shoppers.

We have tyhem already.. These new drivers dont give 2 about observing signs. They blow thru stop signs in our hood, while texting and laughing and chatting with the passenger in the car... One day

Hey hey hey... I don't race to/from school. If I'm late I just lane split

But I will say this. Last year a football player going home from practice crashed his dad's brand new F-150 into a light pole in the Seven Lakes High School parking lot... The parking lot is about the size of 3 football fields and there's only a handful of light poles. Not to mention he was the only car in the parking lot at the time.
