Is anyone hiring out in Katy? I am still looking for something. $8/hr doing electrical work blows. So does spending 2hrs a day in traffic.

well my interview tomorrow is for a chemical operator/blender.. sounds kind of laborious for only $10/hour.. guess i'll find out more info at the interview. Probably working nights too :eh: Only good thing about it is its very close.

Ok so the interview for this job really made me not want this job. He said the job is very "labor intensive" and will be working mostly outside. Sorry but $1.5 more an hour isnt going to make me leave my cake job...

A & L is hiring . They are located right off 225 and Strang. They are a contractor for Shell refinery and start pay is $13.00 hr all the way to $ 17 hr
DOE. You can move up pretty fast there as you show them what you can do.
Firewatch is like $16 hr.
