Maybe returning to riding, maybe with a Harley

I used to ride about 30 years ago and thinking about getting back into it. I'm looking at Harleys. Back then I rode a BMW R100. I'm not sure yet what bike I'm interested in other than Harleys are top of the list but none are off the list.

I'm mainly looking for short rides, <200 miles and not overnight with maybe a little bit of medium rides, 200-500 miles and 1-3 nights. I want the option to do long though if I want to. I have it in my mind to maybe go to Daytona and/or Sturgis once though to be able to say I did and want a bike capable of that also.

You should look at the Heritage. That's what I bought and for the exact same reasons.

Welcome!

Check out the Victory lineup. Many PD's across the country are making the change.
