IF, they have to have cause to stop you(and you weren't doing something else wrong), they have no basis to give you a ticket. That would be cause for dismissal.

You need to first find out if they can legally stop you for no reason. If not, fight it...then go put your helmet on.

In Copperfield you can legally challange the officer to an "on-the-spot" vegitable oil wrestling match. If you can beat him then he can't give you the ticket. It's true. But you have to use vegitable oil kuz it's "green". Safe for the grass and bugs and little animals that might come along later. I used to pop wheelies right in front of the lady cops.
