One of those friggin mornings...

Get up, see the news...

Go out, the car won't start... won't jump start.
Borrow the farm truck, get a battery...get the tools out.
Missing the size socket wrench to fit the socket and no
open ends that will fit.

Get the bike gear, tab on the zipper breaks putting the jacket on...
drive tot he gas station, fill up... so far all good.
Back on the road...lights changes 2 times before I can get to the intersection...but luck out, first on the line at the light.
Light changes, make the turn... coming out of the intersection...
Genius # 1 whips out of the u-turn lane to cut me off, then putters down the feeder. Right lane opens, I switch lanes...pass moron, traffic is doin ok...then a truck ahead looses a box.... 6'x2'x2'. All 3 lanes, slam to a stop...box bounces to the right line, we're moving again.
Southbound 45 is moving... I get 2 people that try to share my lane before I'm finaly able to make my exit..
Coming up to this light, 3 cars ahead at light, left turn lane at the signal is clear. Got my left signal going, start changing lane and zippy the wonder twit in the car I'm passing decides to change into the left change lane.
I've got the horn button firmly planted changing lane position as I give it gas
to get out of the way... she never looked and never stopped her lane change either.

....does anyone do Starbucks delivery?

I guess it is a miracle you even made it to work. I probably would've gone home, went back to bed, got up again an hour later and said "Let's try this again."

Are you coming tonight?

Not sure Fay, gonna depend on what that ride from work starts out like...

...anything like the ride in was, and I'll probably go home and hide in the house. :-) Otherwise I think I'll probably be there...depends on just how accurate the weather forecast is.
