someone get this guy a hat to try and keep his head from exploding:laughing6 :laughing6 :laughing6
BTW, I've been working out for 2 weeks straight now
45 min- 1 hour weights, 30 minutes cardio
It feels like I've been making progress, but not really a huge visual change....I do sleep better though and if I keep it up, maybe, oh maybe....one day I'll have arms like JonEric:laughing6 :laughing6 :laughing6

I eat and drink pretty much whatever and how much ever I want.
I just run 3 miles 4 times a week and been doing it religiously past year.
I think I lost about 25lbs within a year and a half.
Just eat reasonably and work out regularly.
That should work for most people.

Exactly why I tell people to just start doing something. It is better then nothing.

If you just want to lose some weight then just eat decently and get up and go to the gym or run for 30-45mins around the neighborhood (run NOT walk). Interval (not constant speed) cardio is the ticket to fast loss.

If you want to really loose weight and look your best then you have to get your macronutrients in check AND go to the gym and work out properly (don't tease the muscles, really work them).

Don't jump on a fad diet liek atkins. Yes a no/really low-carb diet will help you lose weight quickly but guess what, you'll gain it right back when you start eating carbs again (your body will think it's starving)

You have to get a balanced plan and most of all STICK TO IT. The first few weeks are the hardest. After that it becomes a habit and it's much easier to keep it up.

Calories in vs calories out is how you should be thinking. But keep in mind you have to EAT to lose weight. Do not eat less to try and lose weight, just be knowledgeable about WHAT you are eating and how it's going to help/hurt your physique.
