I am glad you are ok! Blinded on a curve at night? Yeah, I can see it, hence why riding at night is a bit more risky, especially at speed. The deer are what can be the most dangerous at night.

Get back on and go...

Were you able to ride back afterwards, or did you have to truck it back?

Glad Your Okay

Man Really glad to hear your okay. Wrecking does freaking hurt. I'm still home healling up the scapular fracture from my wreck few months ago. Still in pain. But the good news is it's getting way better. The gear helped alot. Again sorry about your spill and hope you heal up. I'll be working on my tore up bike to. Still starts though. Oh and the leds still work.lol. This is what I got to work with.

Thats true, very true my friend. Someone asked earlier what i could have done differently and i should have said not been doing it on a dark forested road at night really.

Well since i was out front leading the pack and headlight facing away from road everyone passed me up except for the last guy who was riding two up and luckly his woman was a nurse. When we pushed it back up out the ditch to access the damage i started it and it started right up headlight and everything worked so she was checking me out in the light from my headlight and then we were trying to do something with the visor on the helmet and when i turned around to get on the bike it was boiling team and the wonderful smell of burnt anti-freeze. From i guess either cracked radiator, hose, or overflow. Not real sure but back to your question lol i had to truck it back.

Your profile lists 1 year of riding experience. Is this accurate? A GSX-R 750 K7 is a LOT of bike...

other than the instrument panel frame it all looks like cosmetic damage. I bet after a good wash and some Gorilla Glue you wouldn't be able to tell...

Anyways will post pics up this evening when i take some better ones in the daylight. Everybody keep the shiny side up.

I am glad you are ok...I just went down last friday( 7/20) in my bike, thanks I am ok, my gear save me, I have the clavicle broken in two pieces. I really dont remember what happen, I just remember that when I got up in my feet I look to my bike, and she was waiting for me next to side walk standing up , just leaking coolant and with front wheel fender in two pieces. the report from police said the a black corolla got in my lane and and I just flew away, like I said I dont remember anything.

be careful guys when yall ride, no one knows what can happen on the road. accidents happens even to the best riders.
