its a cheap way to have fun against friends. Bring your buddies out and race each other. Way cheaper than any track day, tech is VERY lieniant, and teaches you to launch better for when those track days come

Yeah, it was a very poor turnout. Owner said no more races in Houston (more than likely). Dallas/Ft Worth tracks tend to bring a much larger crowd and many more stock street bikes. I think he lost his on the track rental costs last nite, but oh well. Atleast he tried

That's unfortunate. It did seem like there were very few amateur daily rider type of bikes out there racing. I had a lot of fun though.

No . You should have seen the meticulous whopping he put on me. I had the map set for the dope. Like a dumb , I left the bottle off. The line showed pressure and I was dumb. We were running the 9.0 index class. My fat slow needs about a 30 shot for that. That is slow for him BTW. Anyway, he treed the out of me as he usually does every time. He jumped way out on me before he noticed I was not having a good run. He slowed down to the perfect speed to get wheel to wheel with me while he stared at me. So you know I ran a high 9 on a 9.0 run. So there he was watching me as I was trying to figure out what went to wrong. At the last what had to be 4' he put a foot on me. He won by 1' and was only making sure he barely won to avoid breaking out. Talk about skills. The man has it down. I have nothing but respect for Glen and Michael. Cody is pretty good too. Great groups of guys all around.
