Anybody riding Racer Road this week??? **Road condition updates**

Just wanted to let everyone know that the company I work for is redoing the road just before the big bridge on R.R. There is loose gravel and will be many slow moving and stopped Asphalt Trucks on this road over the course of the next week or more. Please be safe. I don't want to see anyone get hurt. Thanks.

Let me add that some of these bonehead asphalt truck drivers have no brains sometimes and will stop in the dumbest places. I.E. the middle of the road or halfway off the shoulder. There will also be a lot of equipment besides trucks on the road. When it is all paved, open and safe I will pass the info along.

There won't be any work going on over the weekend but still possible loose gravel. So still ride with caution.

Gravel was HORRIBLE yesterday... But it's all right at the bridge by sfa park. should be slowed down, but I was worried about my radiator more than anything. Oh, one spot heading NE had dirt on road, but it was just farm truck stuff.
Hopefully gravel doesn't get tracked too far.

That is where the road work is going on. Just north of the bridge by the park on 3318. Soon enough 3318 will be good as new also. Just be patient everyone and all will be well.

I am out here as we speak. We will be finished up paving 3318 today. There will still be lots of trucks and some debris on the road today but should be all cleaned up and good to go for tomorrow. 3318 will be fresh and smooth as a babies from R.R. to 2-1/4 miles in now.
