Looks kinda like one of miguels old f3 frames. He had multiples and would patch whatever to make one complete. dont assume anything until your sure.

Isn't that the VIN in the third image? Or, is there a way to switch those? (IMO, I don't think that this bike is stolen...if they knew enough to part it out rather than sell it whole, they know to avoid dealing with the frame...I think...)
