Need ideas for carrying lunch

I have to carry a tablet to work starting in the morning as well as my lunch. The lunch cooler i use now is too big to fit in a backpack. I'm thinking i might need to find a new backpack and luncheon that i carry to work. Am i missing any other options?

I used backpack for tablet and other things. Then used soft sided lunch box in front of me like a tank bag, until I got tank bag!

There is too much stuff for a tank bag. I just don't see how i could stuff it all in there. Plus mounting it on a drz400sm would be a task without sitting on the back of the seat and covering my gas cap.

I had this set up on my DRZ and loved it. I also used a tail bag and it fit perfectly. I use to fit my PT gear, running shoes and lunch in there with room to spare in the tail bag alone...

I always rocked a tank bag. It was more than enough for all my stuff, a u-lock, and a rain suit. It could have fit a tablet, but probably not your huge lunch.

I used to use a backpack

I hated it especially the Icon Squad II, a total POS.

I have ended up with a good old american solution.

http://www.aerostich.com/bags?cat=245

Consider the options with it too, like the stabilizer strap if you ride a sport bike/low bars, or the sholder strap enhancements.

I am currently using the dispatch bag. I really like the fact that I can get into it while I am still on the moto. I have never found a magnetic tank bag that will fit my bike.

It is a good solution for a CCW too.

Unless I have something really heavy I don't even notice I have it on.

Comes in high viz too.

If that is your lunchbox in the photo you could get a smaller cooler. I can see why your having a problem.

i have a backpack that has a padded pocket for laptops and tablets, it has a pouch up top for an ipod or other music player, has a pocket on the left shoulder strap for a cellular phone, and also has a pop out compartment to put your helmet in when you are away from the bike. I use that when I ride to work, i put my laptop in, a change of clothes usually, lunch in an insulated bag, and put my work boots under a net on the tail of the bike.

http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...-Backpack.aspx is the one i got.
